I'm feeling pretty legit right now. Sitting in the quad. Typing on my MacBook. Looking studious. LOL

Actually I'm just killing time before my cogsci class.

College is so WHOA! I already had to switch a class and I might be switching another. O.o It's such a weird thing for me to do because in high school switching classes was this complex process. Here I just get to point and click and BAM! different class. Haha it's pretty awesome.

Dorm life is something else. I stayed up with some of the guys on my floor and watched The Boondocks Saints. My floor seems pretty chill. Everyone's pretty friendly. I have a feeling I'm going to become the floor mother slash be providing the random things that people never think to bring. Already my spare table has been put to good use as a projector stand for when we want to watch movies on our wall.
My RA is really awesome. She's already given me some advice about my classes and is bringing me to one of her organization meeting she thinks I might be interested in. And my roommate is super cool. We have fairly similar personalities and it looks like we'll be getting along just fine this year. Slowly our room is coming together. We keep adding decorations here and there. We bought another rug and some actual curtains for our window. Our campus has a poster and plant sale all this week, so I'll be checking that out. And my roommate and I have got to get a pet store and buy ourselves our fish.
It's really weird not being at home. I didn't think I'd miss it so much. Seeing my brother and sister, my parents, and my dog. There's no family dinners and my meal schedule is so messed up. Instead of sharing washers and driers with like 4 other people, no I've got to share with like 70 something. I've decided that Wednesday nights seem like good laundry time because no one else is gonna be doing it then, I hope. Haha.

I've met some cool people and some creepy people. I think that my reverse psychology worked on my creeper and he now thinks I'm super extra weird. HA! Take that! LOL.

So how's life on the other side of the screen, everyone?
Sorry this is my first time logging in months. All these awesome college preparations and actually moving and blah blah excuses etc are well you know.

Okie doke. Looks like it's about time I hike over to cog sci.
